Job Description
1. Vehicle performance evaluation
- Perform static & dynamic vehicle evaluation to assess vehicle performance target achievement
- Define the essential factors to both improve products and minimize customer dissatisfactions.
- Evaluate and benchmark vehicles with a high level of sensitivity and customer-centric approach
- Analyze data collected during testing to ensure that the vehicle meets customer requirements
- Propose countermeasures and initiate corrective actions to resolve issues
2. Quality improvement
- Analyze market issue to investigate root cause of issue
- Establish the countermeasure to resolve both design and production concerns
- Participate in quality evaluation and manufacturing activities
3. Cost improvement
- Create value analysis & value engineering (VA&VE) activities to optimize processes and costs
4. General Support
- Check and ensure that test vehicles are ready to use in company test drive events or company activities Participate company events to present how to drive and evaluate vehicle performance efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in automotive or related field
- 0 - 5 years of experience in engineering field in automotive industry
- Working experience in a multicultural environment is a plus
- Project Management Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- English skills; TOEIC scores 600 up
