Rate Classification / Pay Range: Grade 4, $34.43 - $37.12 per hour
Number of Available Positions: One (1) Part-Time Position
The Stock Clerk is responsible for data entry of stock issues and transfers of goods from the stockroom due to usage by company departments, contractors and employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Data enter SAP stock issues and transfer of goods from the stockroom due to usage by company departments, contractors and employees requiring goods from the stockroom
  • Enter emergency stock issues in SAP
  • Update daily reservation reports to process outstanding orders for delivery
  • Investigate and reconcile differences resulting from incorrect stock numbers, quantity and storeroom numbers and maintain associated reports to all inventory movement
  • Process periodic inventories to assess counts, investigate and reconcile differences
  • Perform data entry in SAP to issue work orders for pipe and fittings for Plant Construction
  • Using WARP, data enter department timesheets and maintain related reports using Excel
  • Provide clerical support as required by the Manager in the operation of the warehouse or as assigned
  • Weekly reports to clients
Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school education
  • Must be able to type 30 wpm net and able to use the numeric keypad proficiently
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and courteous manner with management, field personnel, and others contacting the department
  • Must have the ability to learn software programs pertaining to the department (ie: SAP, WARP, Excel, Word, WOS, Discoverer)
  • Must have demonstrated the ability and have shown an interest in working with figures
