HR Executive [Pakistan]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
  • Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
  • Oversee employee recruitment and boarding skills.
  • Ability to delegate tasks to the HR team according to their priority.
  • Recommends, designs, develops and implements innovative learning and development programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to help tackle challenges.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s or higher degree in Human Resource Management (or a relevant field of study) from a recognized university.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
