Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
- Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
- Oversee employee recruitment and boarding skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks to the HR team according to their priority.
- Recommends, designs, develops and implements innovative learning and development programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to help tackle challenges.
Requirements:
- A Master’s or higher degree in Human Resource Management (or a relevant field of study) from a recognized university.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
