Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overseeing project management and administrative tasks within the organization.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the requirements of stakeholders.

· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

· Identify potential risks and issues and develop contingency plans.

· Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

· Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date.

· Oversee and manage the procurement process for goods and services needed for the project and for the office.

· Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

· Manage administrative tasks but not limited to managing emails, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings for Greater China region.

· Manage relationships with partners/vendors for Greater China region.

· Partner with China Management and support functions on the development of overall objectives and long-term goals for the region.

Summarize daily transactions for trade booking and attends to break resolution Continuous project work involving process improvement, system implementation, new product or new market rollouts.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

· Proven experience of 7 years or more in project management and administration.

· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to completion.

· Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders in Greater China region and HQ in Singapore.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.

· Experience with procurement processes and vendor management. Prior experience working with Greater China partners/vendors will be advantageous.

· Strong interpersonal skills and able to build relationships with all stakeholders.
