- Experience in Chili farming preferred.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (optional).

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Technical Manager in overseeing the Chili contract farming project.
- Implement advanced agricultural practices and technologies to enhance productivity.
- Lead and manage a team of agricultural specialists and workers.
- Analyze data for informed decision-making and project improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support budget planning and cost optimization.
