Admin Responsibilities (80%)
- Preparing routine reports (HR related, administration, ISO & audit reports).
- Full spectrum on office's facilities management.
- Monitor cleaner works to ensure cleanliness and job deliverables.
- Designing and maintaining filing systems for administration and project departments.
- Reviewing and arranging supply requisitions.
- Draft and review the new agreements and manage company lease and rental agreements for premises, housing, car, and office equipment.
- Responsible for license renewal such as business licenses, vehicle licenses. Monitor and maintain all license records.
- Manage the utility payment of the company and staff accommodation.
- Facilitate staff travel arrangements inbound and outbound including visa application, transportation, and lodging.
- Other admin duties to ensure smooth office operation.
HR Responsibilities (20%)
- Full spectrum of HR operation including payroll administration.
- Employee training & organization development.
- Recruitment & talent management

Salary: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
