About thee Head of Facilities Management Role:
The Head of Facilities Management shall report to CEO of the company and manage the entire facilities management team. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and build a strong hospital service team and drive the team best performance
- Overall manage of all activities refurbishment, maintenance of the facilities
- Ensure the facilities and building is well maintained, operated and meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Biomedical equipment management
- Assure best facilities experience for patients
- Plan, direct and organise the overall operation of the laboratory department
- Ensure all the IT services
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of seven years of management experience in healthcare/ hospital industry
- Proven track record of continuous improvement projects
- Significant record of success as General Manager at a complex healthcare services organisation, or a healthcare-related environment
- Successful track record of planning and delivering major transformation programs
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
