Key responsibilities:
- Follow The Speakeasy Group Management procedures in detail.
- Maintain the venues cleanliness and maintenance to the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, council regulations, food handling and WH&S regulations.
ABOUT YOU
- Min 2yrs experience working with high quality restaurants
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Passion for showing off skills and theatre and willing to do gueridon service
- Extremely self-motivated
- Tempered confidence
- Take pride in your presentation
- Ability to fill in at the Host desk and seat guests if required
