Missions:
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our site, ensuring the successful execution of catering and event services. More than managing the daily objectives, the site manager will play a key role in driving project success by providing leadership, guidance, and direction to the team
1.Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of site operations, including food preparation, service, logistics, and event setup.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Managing a range of food and beverage concept such as cafeterias, pop up store, micromarket, events
2.Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of catering and event staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and skillsets.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Conduct performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and implement training programs as needed.
3.Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event requirements and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with clients to plan and execute successful events, addressing their specific needs and preferences.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, resolving any issues that may arise.
4.Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for site operations, including labor, supplies, and equipment expenses.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including invoicing and budget reconciliation.
5. Food and beverage dynamic and actions
- Create dynamic and trendy animation in the different outlets in each building
- Empower the team and make sure they understand how to deliver the food and beverage concept
- The site manager could find a network of partnership in order to develop unic concept of pop up store
6.Event Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with clients and event planners to create customized event proposals and catering offer.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rentals, and coordination with external vendors.
- Oversee event execution to ensure smooth operations, timely service, and adherence to client expectations.
- Create and lead BIGS annual event with partnerships. The site manager has the ability to find a network of partnership and develop powerful, unforgettable and unic events
